Arriving at the merits sooner, with less friction.
Confidentiality is the foundation, not a feature. What follows describes, plainly, how ForenzaSI is designed to protect it.
Please note: Buying or using these tools is not hiring a law firm and is not legal advice. Legal services come only from a separate engagement with a licensed attorney.
Privileged material is designed to stay inside a private, controlled environment.
Each licensing firm's data is designed to stay separate from every other firm.
We work only with AI providers whose business terms bar training on customer data, and we are pursuing zero-data-retention arrangements.
Access is planned by role and by matter, behind protected sign-in.
The security layer is designed to record who opened what, and when.
Rules for keeping, holding and deleting data are set with you.
We are working toward recognized security standards. We name a certification only once it is earned. Ask us for current details.
AI is an instrument, and instruments err. ForenzaSI is built around attorney review: each licensing firm’s own lawyers review AI-assisted work before it is relied on or filed, and each firm remains responsible for that review. Every legal determination is counsel’s. Every decision to resolve is the client’s.
ForenzaSI is a software product, not a law firm. It provides no legal services and no legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Platform licensing is a software service; licensing firms remain responsible for their own legal work and for reviewing all AI-assisted output. ForenzaSI pays and receives no referral fees.
Modules and features are offered by request; availability is not promised. Demonstrations use fictional matters and data, not real cases or results.
